Steve Tomlinson, Senior Pastor
Steve is a Long Island native. His undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Religion was completed at SUNY Stony Brook and he earned his Master of Divinity at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Steve also spent 12 years working in the public sector with AMTRAK. Steve is responsible to teach, shepherd and cast vision to help the congregation fulfill its mission. He also oversees and coordinates the rest of the staff. Steve and his wife, Michel, have four children, Melody, Faith, Aaron and Tabitha.

Jack Crabtree, Teaching Pastor - Syosset
Jack is a native of Lima, Ohio. He earned a B.S. Ed in English Secondary Education from Taylor University in Indiana and an M.S. in Communication from Wheaton College Graduate School in Illinois. Jack was interim Teaching Pastor at the Manhasset Campus for 3 years and is the full-time Executive Director of Long Island YFC. Jack and his wife, Becky, have two grown sons, Ben & Andy, a daughter-in-law, Andrea, and granddaughter, Marin.

Gregg Farah, Student Ministries Pastor
Gregg is a native of NYC and CT who went to the west coast for college (BA in Education) and seminary (MA in Education). After ten years of student ministry, Gregg returned to NYC to start Mosaic Manhattan Church in Lower Manhattan, before joining the team at Shelter Rock. Gregg enjoys writing (he blogs) and rooting for his beloved NY Mets. But mostly, he looks forward to spending time with his incredible family, his wife Janine and their three amazing daughters.

Laura Kunkel, Office Manager
Laura is a native Long Islander. She holds a Masters Degree in Business from CW Post. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the church office. Laura is married to Joe and they live in Roslyn Heights.

Leslie Maxey, Director of Children's Ministries
Leslie is a graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in Christian Education. Her passion is for teaching children about the Christian faith and developing sports programs that contribute both to physical well-being and a balanced Christian life. She is responsible for the Children's Ministries programs at both campuses including Kidz Blast!, Kids' Worship, VBS, Sunday morning classes and many special family events throughout the year.

Josh Moody, Campus Pastor - Manhasset
Josh grew up in Nashville, TN and graduated from Baylor University. After serving as a police officer in Baltimore for 3 years, he earned a Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Seminary. He is responsible for the ministries that take place at the Manhasset campus, assists with pastoral care and serves on the teaching team. Josh is passionate about mobilizing Christians to give of their lives and resources to bring transformation to the inner city. Josh and his wife, Kim, have 2 children, Laura Jane and Jeremiah.

Craig Muller, Director of Canvas
Craig Muller grew up on Long Island, and attended Smithtown Gospel Tabernacle. Craig is a graduate of Nyack College with an interdisciplinary degree in Youth Ministry and Psychology. Craig works full time at Youth for Christ as the Campus Life Director in Port Washington and Manhasset. His passion is to reach out to young people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to help them find and live the life that God has for them. Craig and his wife, Jen, have been happily married since March 2007.

Frank O'Neill, Executive Pastor
Frank is a native of Brooklyn, NY. During his career in the private sector Frank held management positions at Bank of NY, National Westminster Bank and Morgan Stanley. He came to faith in 1980 at the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church, where, as a lay leader, he helped plant several churches. He was ordained by Brooklyn Tabernacle into full-time pastoral ministry in which he has served 14 years, most recently as Pastor of Administration. Frank is responsible for providing leadership to the staff and for the oversight and implementation of SRC’s vision. Frank and his wife, Pat, have two grown children, Christine & Andrea.

Jerry O'Sullivan, Campus Pastor - Syosset
Jerry, a Long Island native, became involved with Long Island Youth For Christ in Port Washington while still a high school student. His undergraduate degree is in Physical Therapy from SUNY Stony Brook and has a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary of the East. Jerry is responsible for all aspects of ministry at the Syosset Campus and oversees the Student Ministries. Jerry and his wife, Alexis, have two children, Collin and Lydia.

Tyler Rice, Director of Student Ministries
Tyler is a Long Island native. He grew up in Shelter Rock Church and was a regular attender of PrimeTime, D-Group, Mission Trips, etc. He started to volunteer with Young Life in his junior year of high school. He graduated from Nassau Community College and from SUNY Old Westbury with a B.A. in Psychology, while working for YFC for 3 years throughout college. Tyler is married to Donna.

Michel Tomlinson, Administrative Assistant
Michel was born in California and raised in Iran and Long Island. She is responsible for maintaining the church website, supporting the Worship Team by doing Powerpoint and Media Shout, and other clerical duties. She attended UNLV, Stony Brook University and has a "Partner in Ministry" from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Michel and her husband, Steve, have four children, Melody, Faith, Aaron and Tabitha.

Sweena Varghese, Student Ministries Assistant
Sweena has lived in Long Island since she was 6 years old. She went to Herricks High School (class of 96'). In 2000, she received her BA from Hofstra University in Political Science. Sweena served with Long Island Youth for Christ as area coordinator for Student Led Ministries for 5 years helping and growing student leaders in various schools across Nassau County. She is currently working at World Vision but uses her experience to help the Student Ministries Team whenever possible. Sweena also serves on the worship team at Manhasset with her husband, Joe.

Ben Ward, Worship Pastor
Ben grew up in Dothan, Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama where he met his wife, Olivia (they had the same voice teacher :). He then moved on to Berklee College of Music in Boston where he majored in songwriting. He spent several years in Nashville writing, playing, and teaching music before moving into full-time worship ministry in Illinois. He and Olivia felt the Lord was leading them to New York in 2008 where they now live. Olivia is a professional opera singer and they have three adorable chihuahuas.
