Women's Worship Workout is facilitated by Marina Ekstrom, an AFAA certified instructor, and is suited for all fitness levels. Each 75-minute class includes a combination of aerobics, strength training, kick-boxing, Pilates, and balance training, choreographed to uplifting music. The classes meet on Mondays and Fridays from 10:30 - 11:45 AM at the Syosset Campus. You may join at any time. The cost for the entire 10-week session is $100 for 2 days/week or $50/for 1 day/week. Returning students who bring a new friend will both receive 50% off. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork.
