We experience Biblical community as we pursue healthy relationships in regular small group settings, encouraging each other in our spiritual journeys as we become more like Jesus Christ. “As I have loved you, so you must love one another.” Why do we connect? We connect because God intends his people to commit to sacrificial and loving relationships with one another. When we honestly devote ourselves to community, we experience profound growth as we learn truths from God’s Word, develop godly character, and prayerfully support each other through struggles. How does Shelter Rock Church connect? Just as Jesus spent much of his time interacting with a small group of disciples, we use informal, small-group settings to get to know each other better, and to lead one another in knowing and following Christ.
